Secondary Program

Continuing the implementation of the Gómez and Gómez Dual Language Enrichment Model, our secondary schools, Landon Middle School and Topeka High School, are committed to fostering academic excellence in both Spanish and English. Through our rigorous curriculum, students receive grade-level instruction in both languages, ensuring proficiency in all academic areas. Beyond academics, our program promotes cultural awareness and appreciation, celebrating the diversity of our community within Landon Middle School, Topeka High School, and the broader Topeka area.

By embracing bilingualism and biliteracy, students not only gain linguistic skills but also expand their social, lifestyle and professional opportunities. Furthermore, our dedication to academic achievement is evident as students successfully pass a biliteracy assessment, earning the prestigious Kansas Seal of Biliteracy designation upon graduation, a testament to their linguistic proficiency and cultural competency.
